The Common Application

Use the Common Application to apply to approximately 300 selective colleges and universities.

 

NCAA

All perspective student athletes must register with the eligibility center in grade 11. SAT and ACT scores must be sent directly from the testing agencies - use code "9999". Go to the NCAA website to register as a prospective student athlete.

 

Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Financial aid begins with the free application for Federal Student Aid. All students are encouraged to file the FAFSA.

Reading by Design Overview

Talking Book Program for Dyslexia

Students determined, on the basis of dyslexia screening or reading instrument results to have dyslexia or a related disorder, or to be at risk for dyslexia or other reading difficulties, have access to the Talking Book Program (TBP) maintained by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.

 

The TBP allows students with reading disabilities to borrow audiobooks free of charge. Over 100,000 titles are available, including hundreds of titles in Spanish. Use the link below to open the TBP site.

Directions for Accessing Student Results via TexasAssessment.Gov

Individual Student Reports for the 2022 STAAR Grades 3-8 and High School EOC assessments have been mailed home. The report includes this year's results and instructions for accessing State Assessment information online. Starting July 1st, you may access current (2022) and historic assessment result information for your student at:
